Eric Guenther (a self-proclaimed ‘ski bum’ with a career problem) is the founder and President of Envision Safety. He started his aviation career working for AirTran Airways over 20 years ago at Denver International Airport (KDEN). Following AirTran, he worked for Allegiant Airlines as a Station Manager at the Fort Collins-Loveland Airport (KFNL). He then transitioned away from operations and began working within the IOSA program for an Audit Organization in various roles. Those roles focused on quality control of audit reports, working with Airlines on corrective actions, conducting IOSA audits and concluding his time as the Vice President – Airline Operations. Along the way, Eric has traveled the world presenting and delivering training on various aviation topics, including auditing and the IOSA program. He has become known for his engaging presentation style, willingness to answer tough questions, provide an opinion (even an unpopular one) and intertwining his love of skiing and mountains in general into training and presentations. 

You’ll find him in the mountains and if he doesn’t answer his phone, just assume he’s in the mountains someplace with a smile on his face. Skiing, hiking and camping are his methods to recenter and think through the different challenges that face aviation. Unless he’s with his kids (Grace and Porter), then it’s safe to assume they are challenging him to ski more and more challenging terrain.

Operations Manager

Mark's career in aviation spans over 35 years, encompassing service in the US Navy and a successful career in the commercial sector. He stays current on the ever-evolving regulatory landscape of the aviation world. When he's not immersed in regulations, Mark can be found cycling—whether it's exploring the scenic island of Oahu or, during his 14 years living abroad, discovering the historical treasures of Japan by bike. He shares his life with his loving wife, two adult children, and a collection of cherished animals.

With more than three decades in aviation, Cindy is a seasoned aviation safety auditor specializing in airport operations and cargo. Her extensive experience makes her a true expert in the field. Beyond her dedication to aviation safety, Cindy enjoys spending time with family, friends, and her dog. Traveling with any or all of them is her recipe for fun and excitement.

Holly has carved a successful career in the aviation industry, driven by a deep commitment to safety and a relentless pursuit of continuous improvement.  Beyond the airport, Holly embraces an active life, exploring scenic hiking trails, kayaking on tranquil lakes, and enjoying the energy of live music events.  Her greatest joy comes from spending time with her three children and creating lasting memories with her family.

Auditor

Qualified Disciplines: FLT, DSP, CAB

Based in Tasmania, Captain Mark brings over 30 years of experience as a Qantas pilot, flying Boeing 737, 767, 747-400, and Airbus A330 aircraft.  Currently an A330 and A380 Fleet Manager and an active A330 Captain, he has a strong background in aviation safety, including managing the Line Operations Safety Audit (LOSA) program and leading over 500 pilots at the Melbourne base. In his leisure time, he enjoys gardening and spending time with his dog.
