Envision Safety will conduct simulated interviews with Airline Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) with a focus on process auditing. The objective is to increase confidence and comfort in answering IOSA related questions which may be asked during the live IOSA. Envision Safety will then have discussions with SMEs related to how questions were answered to identify both positives and opportunities for improvement.
ISARP Validation Assessment
Envision Safety will review a selected number of ISARPs to verify the accuracy of the internal assessments. Following the review, Envision Safety will provide the Airline with feedback related to the document references cited by the internal assessor of the Airline.
IOSA ISARP Assessment
Envision Safety will review the Airlines documentation against the applicable IOSA Standards Manual (ISM). The review will be conducted remotely and following the documentation review, Envision Safety will meet with the SMEs of the Airline to discuss OPEN, At-Risk and Non-Conformities identified in the documentation review. Envision Safety will then meet remotely with Airline SMEs to discuss implementation evidence for each ISARP. During these checks implementation will be verified, but additionally options and approaches to demonstrate implementation will also be discussed with Airline SMEs. At the conclusion of the documentation and implementation assessments, the Airline will be provided with a report that can be used as a Conformance Report for the selected ISARPs/Disciplines.
IOSA Support Services by Envision
Includes the processes described in the IOSA ISARP Assessment but also includes additional services as selected by the Airline. IOSA Support Services includes the following services at no additional charge: ISARP Follow-up following documentation/implementation checks, Training Credits, Remote support during the IOSA, and ISARP Consulting Retainer. Services are fully customizable with options existing for annual or biennial reviews and different levels of service for discipline(s) selected for support.

This is a 3-day training course which focuses heavily on practical and theoretical learning exercises related to all phases of the audit. Designed for both initial and recurrent training principals, the focus on practical training will create a strong baseline understanding for new Auditors, while simultaneously enhancing and developing additional skills for experienced Auditors. The content is focused on Quality Systems, Foundations of Auditing, Conducting the Audit, Data Analysis & Making the Assessment, The Corrective Action Plan, Final Report and Auditing SMS.
IOSA Training Course by Envision (2 days)
This is a two-day in person training course focusing on understanding ISARPs and the basic techniques of the IOSA program. The ITCE utilizes a building block approach to the IOSA program to ensure attendees understand how the program works through ISARP interpretation. The ITCE incorporates a technique to ISARP understanding developed by Envision Safety President Eric Guenther, which has been described as “…the way everyone should learn to read an ISARP.” Attendees will participate in up to 20 exercises focused on ensuring proper understanding of the ISARPs. The course wraps up with roughly the last half of day 2 covering Risk Based IOSA concepts for understanding. This course is designed for people with zero IOSA experience or those who have been working in IOSA for years.
Risk Based IOSA for Airlines by Envision (2 days)
This is a two-day in person training course for those who have been through multiple IOSA audits (2 or more) and possess an understanding of the IOSA program and how it works. Attendees will experience an exercise driven course on ISARP interpretation, utilizing the same methodology as in ITCE, and Risk Based IOSA (RBI) exercises to help prepare an Airlines SMEs for the increased focus on implementation, process-based auditing, and maturity assessments.
ISM Differences Training (virtual)
Stay ahead of the curve with our concise ISM Differences Training webinar, designed to equip aviation professionals with the latest updates to the IOSA Standards Manual. This 30–45-minute session is crucial for safety managers, quality assurance personnel, and anyone involved in IOSA compliance. Participants will learn key changes, identify implications for their SMS, and develop strategies for implementation.
IOSA Documentation Assessment Workshop (minimum 1 day)
The objective of this workshop is to enhance the Airline’s abilities at finding and selecting correct documentation. Envision Safety will work directly with Airline staff using applicable ISARPs and documentation from the Airline and work through the ‘Envision Process Auditing Template’ in a methodical and detailed way to ensure proper assessments of the IOSA ISARPs. This workshop is designed for 10 students or less and is considered a master’s level IOSA event.
IOSA Individual Coaching
This is an individualized approach to building confidence and expertise of Airline staff designated to make assessments of the ISARPs. An Envision Safety expert Auditor will schedule meetings with individuals where they will work closely with Airline staff to identify approaches to conformance with ISARPs. This includes detailed interpretation of ISARPs, identification of appropriate references, different approaches to implementation verification and discussions related to why/how it all comes together.
